The sabete platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. sabete does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.

If sabete becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately closed, all associated data will be deleted, and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law. sabete primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or partners located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or international KYC verification services — sabete ensures that such transfers are made in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines.

International transfers are protected by one or more of the following safeguards: contractual clauses approved by the NPC, the recipient country's adequacy determination, or the recipient's binding corporate rules. sabete will not transfer your personal data to a jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing appropriate safeguards.

The sabete platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. sabete is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party websites. This Privacy Policy applies solely to data collected by sabete through the sabete platform. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

sabete may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or platform features. When material changes are made, sabete will notify registered members via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Privacy Policy was most recently revised.
